  In the busy world of today, an individual come across a number of activities simultaneously. Lot of actions occurs to create tension and stress. Stress cause to unnecessarily overburden the mind thereby, reducing the overall efficiency of an individual. It is always encouraged to live a life that is simple and relaxed, free of tension. Because it helps us do better and live longer. If at all we are suffering from the problem of stress, we need to assess the issues we are confronting. Like we should see that are we prioritizing ourjobs, if not then we must give it a due consideration. We should see why we get angry. May be that it’s because of jumping into conclusions, we needs to avoid that. An analysis should be made as to determine whether we are sure of our abilities or not? If we are not we need to be certain of our abilities and sure we would do it.
Overburdening itself could also be the cause of a lot of stress and tension. Duties and responsibility needs to be disseminated appropriately to the concerned and taken a back seat comfortable enough to relax our mind. We must take out times in bits and pieces for minor relaxations. Hot bath, walking and running all of this helps us get relieved and feel relaxed. Avoiding pessimism is always recommended in order to have a positive overview of the life. If one is upset by conflict with others, it is preferable for him to exercise assertiveness training. Eating healthy food, good exercise and productive and leisure activities can pay rich dividends. If feeling lonely it is better to socialize or contact friends and fellows, start sharing certain experiences. Acquaintances projects positive reflections upon the soul. There are so many other ways which can help us control stress.
